June land sales remained flat in Transylvania County, and prices were lower than in recent months. There were 13 closings in the MLS for the month.

2024 Sees Slight Decrease in Land Sales, but Cash Transactions Remain High

In the first six months of 2024, there were 102 land sales, with 65 of those under $100K and 91% being cash sales. This compares to 118 land sales in the same period in 2023, with 68 under $100K and 94% being cash sales.
