March land sales were strong in Transylvania County, with 18 closings in the MLS. The first quarter of 2024 was fairly close to the first quarter of 2023:

2023: 51 closings, 48 of which were CASH purchases. 43 percent of the sales were within 30 days of the property being listed for sale, and 26 of the 47 were Under $100K.
