Sylvan Habitat Conservation community
Sylvan Habitat Conservation Community
The Sylvan Habitat Conservation community is located just outside of Brevard, NC in Transylvania County and offers wonderful trails and beautiful conservation land bordering DuPont State Forest. The community is located conveniently close to Asheville, Brevard and Hendersonville. It has over 6 miles of trails and over 200 acres of conservation areas. It is a wonderful place to live, retire, or enjoy just for vacations. A perfect place to reflect on nature whether by yourself, with your partner or with your kids and grandkids – the Sylvan Habitat Conservation community is a playground for the soul!
The Habitat itself is the amenity. Why install a golf course or the like when nature itself has provided spectacular surroundings that really can’t be improved? So our concept was to leave undisturbed natural areas encompassing as much of the tract as economically feasible, yet allowing enjoyment and appreciation by providing passive recreation access via multi-use and pedestrian trails.
If you’re interested in trails and conservation, and are looking at Brevard, North Carolina real estate, you should consider Sylvan Habitat in Transylvania County.
