Richland Ridge

Richland Ridge, between Brevard and Lake Toxaway, was conceived and developed by Platt Architecture, PA and Conservation Advisors of North Carolina, Inc. as a conservation-based community, with over 300 acres of the property permanently protected by conservation easements. The very low-density development of only 25 outstanding homesites protects the natural integrity that makes the property so attractive.

Richland Ridge, encompassing approximately 347 acres, is located west of Brevard and east of Lake Toxaway, off of Richland Creek Road, via Silversteeen Road.  The community adjoins Pisgah National Forest on over half its border as well as Earthshine Mountain Lodge, and features upland ridge views, meadows and bottomland, and access to over a mile of frontage along the West Fork of the French Broad River.
